Process
My work consisted of research, designing and prototyping for the main product as well as working on support materials. Aim was to improve strudent- management- parent interaction for the school.

Research
The process started with defining the objectives. Research and strategy creation were continuous processes. Interviews were conducted with students and teachers as well as school management to understand pain points.
In second week paper user flows, information architecture was prepared from the insights collected via interviews. Paper sketches and prototypes were prepared along with some iterations and basic prototypes was developed. Working prototypes were then tested by user researchers with the teachers and collected feedbacks which led to some changes in existing user flows.
The product goal was to replace excel sheets, whatsapp groups and any sort of direct communication among different stakeholders in Dispatch-Installation stages with Site app and Orderwise dashboard.
Following diagram is the top level flow of the order which includes major stages that order goes through from lead generation to handover of the interior design. The order journey includes deeper and micro stages and stakeholders at every major stage. This project tackles the improvement in experience at Dispatch, Segregation and Installation stages.
Research Synthesis
We wanted to create a most Comprehensive, Advanced and All-in-one School Enterprise resource planning. Automate everything, Generate insightful reports, Make better & faster decisions.
Our primary goals was to create a open platform for to improve interactions and communication at school. Creating a mobile application which will be useful for schools (Age 12-16) as well as colleges (age 17 and above).
Allow parents and students keep track of daily activities happening at schools/ colleges. Keep track of student performance and statistics of overall class segmented per class, subject and student. Help teachers and students connect online via mobile eg. Live classes etc.

Manual counting of panels, HW accessories and note taking process (updating MnD sheet in evening) during MnD reporting is error prone and time consuming which impacts MnD fulfilment ETA
