Led the design of the experience of Material received at site, Missing & damage reporting, Technician management system, Rework orders, Homelane Store etc

Improved usability across the platform : Actively working towards conducting UX research and usability testing on all projects to create emotional satisfying experiences for users. Implemented a design process : This has helped our team establish more structure to how we conduct our work and allow other teams to gain visibility across our upcoming sprints.
Research
The product goal was to replace excel sheets, whatsapp groups and any sort of direct communication among different stakeholders in Dispatch-Installation stages with Site app and Orderwise dashboard.
Following diagram is the top level flow of the order which includes major stages that order goes through from lead generation to handover of the interior design. The order journey includes deeper and micro stages and stakeholders at every major stage. This project tackles the improvement in experience at Dispatch, Segregation and Installation stages.

Research Synthesis
Roster has all the client information from order booking till final handover, it lets you track which stage the project is in. But we noticed few problems-
It doesn’t provide an easy way to consume information on a daily basis because each stakeholder is part of so many groups and information doesn’t come in a systematic way.
Once the project is over, data gets lost forever. It can’t be used for making future decisions and There are no standardisation operating procedures on Whatsapp and Sheets as different city tems follow different communication
Doesn’t bring real time visibility of work progress at site after P2P till installation complete and can’t predict if a project will be delayed or completed on time and does not provide mechanism to escalate issues
No clear visibility on what’s happening at site - how much work is complete, how much is pending, whether work will complete on time or not, why work is delaying

Solving for
Manual counting of panels, HW accessories and note taking process (updating MnD sheet in evening) during MnD reporting is error prone and time consuming which impacts MnD fulfilment ETA
